LeaseDigs is a web application focused on Real Estate Industry allowing users to buy and sell properties on rent.
The application allows Renters to make offer on their dream apartment and schedule Virtual/in-person tour after winning the bid. Property Managers can list their properties and review Renter’s credit score before confirming.

Bid, Win & Live
- Renters can browse for the properties in their preferred location and make an offer to win the bid. The Renter with the highest offer will win and get a chance to schedule the tour and finalize payment.
Schedule tours online
- Renters can schedule in-person or virtual tours to visit the property of winning bid and contact property manager directly. To book an appointment, renter will pay a deposit amount and confirm their booking.
- Property Owner will provide the confirmation and contact renter for the tour.
Confirm and e-sign contract
- Make a decision and proceed further with e-signing contract document by HelloSign integration.
- Renter will receive a request to sign the contract that is uploaded by the property owner and will sign digitally and confirm their contract.
Complete payment and move in
- Pay the remaining deposit with your card and be ready to move in as soon as the property becomes available.
- Move-in date will be mutually decided by the renter and property owner. Once finalized, renter will be ready to move in and property will be removed from the listing page.
Property Manager’s portal
Add property to Rent
- Property manager will add necessary details needed to list their property on the platform by paying necessary listing fee.
- Property owner will add the minimum bid amount and increment amount for the renters to make an offer and will view all the bids made by the renters.
View bids and coordinate requested tours
- Property manager can view real time bids added on their property and confirm tour requests for bid winners.
- Once end date is arrived, Renter with highest bid will win and contact property owner for the tour.
Review Credit report
- Property managers will background check the renters and review credit report before final confirmation.
- Renters will add their personal information with their current address for property managers to verify their background.
Upload contract document and Confirm
- Property managers will seamlessly upload the contract document for Renters to e-sign and provide final confirmation.
- Once contract document is signed, Property manager will receive final payment and complete the process.
